Enttäuschendes Erlebnis im 4-Sterne-Hotel Seelos! Ich hatte große Vorfreude auf meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Seelos, doch leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Schon beim Check-in gab es keine proaktive Erklärung zu grundlegenden Informationen – Frühstückszeiten, Aufzug oder Frühstücksraum wurden nur auf Nachfrage genannt. Das Personal wirkte unprofessionell und unfreundlich, sodass man sich als Gast nicht willkommen fühlte. Der größte Reinfall war jedoch die Halbpension. Diese wurde als „4-Gänge-Menü“ verkauft, entpuppte sich aber als mageres Buffet mit überwiegend tiefgekühlten Fertigprodukten: Chicken Wings, Chicken Nuggets, gefrorenes Gemüse, Kartoffeln und in Tomatensauce ertränkte Spaghetti. Selbst ein Fast-Food-Restaurant hätte das besser hinbekommen. Auch die Zimmerausstattung entsprach nicht der Buchung. Versprochene Annehmlichkeiten fehlten, es gab nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche, und der Minikühlschrank war leer. Das einzig Positive war die schöne Aussicht, die tatsächlich so war, wie auf der Website beschrieben. Zudem gibt es einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit tollem Blick. Doch leider habe ich in diesem Hotel keinerlei Wärme, Gastfreundschaft oder herzliche Atmosphäre gespürt. Fazit: Wer echten Komfort, freundlichen Service und gutes Essen sucht, sollte sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen.

Fabulous, friendly boutique style hotel on a gentle incline just a 10 minute stroll from the resort centre. All the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful despite our limitations with the German language. Our room was spacious, comfortable and of typical Tyrolian style with fabulous views of the mountains and village. The buffet breakfast provided a good choice to start the day off, whilst the evening meal ( selected at breakfast) was very well presented and of good quality. The lounge bar area was very comfortable, competitively priced and although nominally closed at 10.30 would happily stay open later if the demand was there. A nice touch was the free shuttle offered to Seefeld railway station on our departure. We have visited Seefeld on a number of occasions but this was our first stay here and will certainly be a consideration next time we visit.

A lovely hotel nestled on a small hill above Seelos downtown. A short walk takes you to the city center, and there are lots of walking trails in Seefeld itself. It was very quiet during our stay, the bartenders and other staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious, and had a beautiful view. I look forward to staying here again.

Hilltop delight.
Wonderful local hotel with great views and an excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and walkable to town. We had 2 balconies looking at different views.

Wonderful, I'll be Back!
Beautiful location and wonderful room. Parking a little bit of a challenge, but that is most places in Seefeld. Only shortcoming is that there is no gym. My car broke down while there and the management went out of their way to help me!!!! Much appreciated!!! Staff is super nice and helpful.

Gute Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, ca 1 km zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Seefeld in Tirol (halbstündlich mit Zug von/nach Innsbruck). Eher grosszügiges Einzelzimmer - bequemes Einzelbett. Nordseite. In der Nebensaison (Ende November) guter Preis. Gebäude soweit in gutem Zustand - obwohl die Gestaltungsideen (im Zimmer und an der Bar) des Architekten nicht in jedem Fall überzeugen. Frühstück landesüblich. Restaurant für Halbpensionsgäste: Als Einzelgast wird man hier jedoch auch bei leerem Restaurant in eine Ecke an einen kleinen ungemütlichen Tisch platziert mit der Begründung "das ist bei uns so". Das Personal kommt aus aller Welt - freundlich aber offensichtlich nicht immer sehr gästeorientiert. Das Hotel hat mich daher nur teilweise überzeugt.
